‘Just Relax’ is an opportunity to take time out for yourself and be in a space where you can just ‘be’ rather than ‘do’. Our weekly sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving you the opportunity to learn some valuable skills to help you find your own ‘piece of peace’. Each week we will look at different ways of supporting our emotional well-being, creating the focus of the session. Every session will include simple stretches, calming breathing techniques and massage. You will enjoy an extended guided meditation for deep relaxation at the end of each session. Sessions are guaranteed to be welcoming and will introduce techniques to help you improve your self-care.  Suitable for men and women.
