In this simple workshop, you will be embroidering the cover of a notebook to make your own gratitude journal. Gratitude journalling is shown to improve mental wellbeing by focusing on the good things every day. In the workshop:
– We will discuss gratitude journalling and ways that it can be done.
– You will then be shown simple embroidery stitches to decorate the cover.
– We will go through a mindful exercise while sewing to show you how to sew more mindfully.
You’ll be taking 1.5 hours for yourself and leaving with a beautiful and unique journal. All materials, instruction and tuition are included as well as some refreshments. The workshop is suitable for all ages over 15. Tickets and booking conditions on Eventbrite.
